Amuse Bouche - "Top apprentices competition 2015"

For the 8th time, Amuse Bouche has organised the exclusive "Top apprentices competition" series of events. Twenty top Austrian hotels are selected every year to take part in the "Top apprentices competition". Each hotel sends a team of apprentices (a trainee chef and a service trainee) to compete against each another. We were able to send our trainees Stephanie and Sarah to this exciting competition.

Every year, the apprentices taking part are given the opportunity to refine their specialist know-how and skills and put them to the test. Trixi Moser supported our apprentices during the competition and also accompanied them to Vienna for the award ceremony.

The Hauser family and the entire Stanglwirt Team are very proud and congratulate Stephanie and Sarah on their success! Long may it continue!
